From 30-31 March 2013, the iTHINK campaign was featured at the “Save our Wildlife” Exhibition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, attended by implementing partner FREELAND. The exhibition, organized by youth at Berjaya University College of Hospitality, was held at Berjaya Times Square, the 14th largest shopping mall in the world. During the event, FREELAND engaged visitors in the iTHINK campaign to reduce consumption of wildlife and hosted a booth with interactive games to raise awareness of wildlife trafficking among the Malaysian public. The enthusiasm of participants was very encouraging. The event was an opportunity to introduce the iTHINK concept and explore expansion of the campaign to Malaysia through private sector partners. Other participants in the event included the Paws Animal Welfare society (PAWS), Young Malaysians Movement, Malaysian Conservation Alliance for Tigers (MYCAT), the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), and the Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia.
